Key Responsibilities —
1. Construction & Administration -:
- Manage all Ashram construction work
- Handle government work, bank transactions, charity activities, Trust accounts
2. Donations & Records -:
- Collect festival donations, issue receipts,
- Maintain records of Trust balance, expenses, and festival accounts
- Track all Ashram books: inventory, sales, storage location
3. To manage Festival Logistics, Materials & Assets -:
- Approve and purchase materials required at Ashram, to look after it’s installation.
Sou. Varsha Abhay Kher, Trustee . Consented by Param Pujya Swamiji to assume Guru Mauli pada
Being the Better half of Shri Abhay Dada and Swamiji's disciple since young age ,she used to visit Ashram since it’s early days .Hence she knows about Ashram activities and requirements of disciples visiting Ashram very well .
She looks after all the arrangements at Utsav and helps Abhay Dada in Ashram maintenance.
Shri Gajanan Junagade, Senior Trustee. Retired as Auditor from Govt Bank Associated with Param Pujya Swamiji since 1996. Member of Trustees since foundation.
Key Responsibilities
1.House keeping management and Festival arrangements.
2. Maintain Sanity of Temple, Kalas & Dhwaj
3.Car parking arrangements during festivities
4.Preparation of Palakhi and procession during Utsav
Shri. Umakant Kautikrao Bhangale Senior Trustee, Retired Professor of Molecular Biology
He is associated with Param Pujya Swamiji since as long as 1976-77 and associated with Trust since its foundation.

1.Prepare rough drafts/notes of Trust-approved literature/books and place before Trust for approval .
2.After approval, handle proofreading & printing. Submit final copies to Trust.
3. Guidance and advice on deciding strategies of Trust and in planning Trust's activities .
Laxmikant Dattatraya Kaundany, Trustee
Currently working as Audit & Tax consultant. Retired as Asst.General Manager from Bank of Maharashtra Associated with Param Pujya Swamiji since 1979
Hardworking and sincere Trust member supporting Abhay Dada and primarily responsible for leading & organising Swamiji's Janm Shatabdi Mahotsav.
Key Responsibilities—
1.To see and ensure the working of Trust as per the objects approved by the Charity Commissioner.
2.To look after the requirements of the Trust,regarding it's accounting and working as per the Income Tax Act guidelines.
3.To ensure the proper functioning of Ashram,situated in a small and tribal village.
4.To ensure P.P.Swamiji's utsavas and regular satsangas at Ashram and at different places are performed ideally and as per the teachings of P.P. Swami.
5.To help ensure the Trust, charity being made to the right cause
