Family tree and legacy of PP Janardan Swami Kher

Smt Maya & Jarardan Swami Kher had 5 children.Their eldest daughter named Jyoti was born in 1956. Unfortunately she lived only for one year before returning to divine. All four of Swamiji’s children were raised with both love and discipline. They grew up in the warm, social atmosphere of a joint family surrounded by friends, while also receiving a strong foundation in meditation and devotion from Swamiji. He always taught them the importance of being independent and strong. They all were aware of the conditions then and had to study with modest means. They got scholarships because of their extraordinary academic performance. They all studied by heart and accomplished higher degrees .

Sou.Sugandha Deepak Harshe

Enveloped in the divine grace of her father P.P Janardan Swami’s blessings, sou. Sugandha, has been guided by him since childhood. Under his loving care, she pursued her studies with great dedication, clearing her M.Sc. in Physics with flying colours, and went on to serve at the Central Bank of India until her retirement in 2022. From a young age, she practiced meditation through Swami-kripa and received Guru-diksha. She fondly recalls accompanying her father to his friends' homes, witnessing his warmth and friendliness with everyone he met. Through his guidance, she learned the value of inner strength in every circumstance and the importance of unwavering faith in God, lessons that helped her navigate life's struggles with positivity and grace.

Her husband, Shri. Deepak Harshe holds an M.Sc. in Statistics and has also received Guru-diksha. He was miraculously saved from a serious accident by Swami-kripa, after which Swami advised him to recite the Guru Gita and Vishnu Sahasranama daily a practice he continues faithfully to this day, and one from which Sugandha too has drawn immense blessing.
